We cordially invite you to participate in scientific seminars during which the results of selected research projects conducted at the Institute of Dendrology, Polish Academy of Sciences in 2025 will be presented.
In the past year, the Institute’s staff carried out research within two statutory research themes, namely: “The complexity of forest ecosystem functions as a basis for their conservation and management in natural and transformed systems” (forest sciences) and “Biological foundations of the functioning of woody plants under changing environmental conditions” (biological sciences).





The results of our research will be presented in the form of 15-minute presentations, according to the following schedule:
- 2 and 9 February 2026 – 16 lectures in the discipline of forest sciences (program),
- 2 and 9 March 2026 – 18 lectures in the discipline of biological sciences (program).
The seminars will begin at 9:00 a.m.
A summary of the scientific activity of the staff of the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2025 will be presented on 16 March 2026 by Professor Andrzej M. Jagodziński, Director of the Institute. The presentation will also begin at 9:00 a.m.
The seminars will be held in a hybrid format: on site in the seminar room of the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and online via the Microsoft Teams platform.
