An interesting alternative to the traditional guided tour - audio guide as an application for your phone. Without renting equipment - so faster and more convenient!

The application is free and can be used at any time.

What do you need to do? The free “Kórnik Arboretum” application is downloaded from the Play Store or App Store. Install it on your phone and you can use it right away. In the app, there is a classic option and an option for children (the so-called family version).

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN POLISH

Classic version

The audio-guided tour option was created with all visitors in consideration, whether they visit our Arboretum individually or in groups. It is a form of sightseeing for those who value freedom and individualism - the route of the walk and the plants and places we want to learn more about are chosen by ourselves.

The app includes recordings of descriptions of selected plants and objects. In the Arboretum there are plaques with the headphones symbol and number corresponding to the recordings from the audio guide. Recordings from this version of the guide can also be played outside the garden.

Family version

It is designed for younger audiences. The audioguide takes the form of an application for the phone, which includes recordings to be listened to during the tour. When learning about plant species, children are accompanied by: the playful and mischievous Aquarius (a fictional character) and people associated with the history of the garden, Titus Dzialynski and the legendary White Lady.

During the tour, viewers must navigate a designated route and solve puzzles. Landmarks in the area are marked with yellow markers in the form of flowers with numbers and allow you to make sure you follow the right paths.
