Research focus:
I conduct research on seed dormancy and germination. My work focuses on analysing the role of plant hormones and gene expression at the protein and RNA levels, using epigenetics, proteomics, and transcriptomics to study how trees respond to climate change and environmental stress.
As part of my research projects, I examine, for example, the effect of temperature on the regulation of seed dormancy and germination, the epigenetic adaptive mechanisms of trees, and the developmental reprogramming of plants under biotic and abiotic stress factors.
My interdisciplinary approach combines molecular, biochemical, and ecological aspects, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of adaptive processes in woody plants.

Keywords:
seed dormancy and germination, plant hormones, epigenetics, proteomics, transcriptomics, tree ecology, climate change
