1. Before starting the recruitment procedureat the Doctoral School, the potential supervisor should read the recruitment form (attachment 1PL, 1ENG).
2. After being accepted to the Doctoral School, the student applies to the ID PAS Scientific Council with Application for the appointment of a supervisor (attachment 2PL, 2ENG).
3. At the same time, or optionally prior to the submission of an individual research plan, the student may request an Application for the appointment of auxiliary supervisor (attachment 3PL, 3ENG).
4. Within 12 months (recommended up to the six month) of commencing the education at the Doctoral School, the student submits an individual research plan after receiving the opinion of the supervisor and the assistant supervisor (attachment 4PL, 4ENG).
5. After each year of the education at the Doctoral School, to the student submits:
a. an annual report
b. completed study card (attachment 5bPL, 5bENG).
6. In the middle of the intership, before the end of the fourth semester, a mid-term evaluation is conducted on the implementation of the individual research plan.
7. The student is required to attend classes as per the programme of study (attachment 6PL, 6ENG).
8. Training at the Doctoral School ends with the submission of a doctoral disseration with positive opinion of supervisor.
All documents should be provided to the Scientific Information Department.
